I have recently be having problems burning with Nero 6 on my Laptop, once i choose my data to burn the DVD_RW goes through all the motions and gets to around 20% and then comes up with Burn Process failed error. Well i have uninstalled Nero and any associted burning tools, eg DVD shrink etc and reinstalled Nero only, i also downloaded all updates from Nero and installed, still no joy, i then used Nero's clean tool and uninstalled all Nero products, still no joy. I have searched for updates for my internal Philips DVD+-RW SDVD8431 but cannot find one. I have changed my media to different types and have tested them on another PC and they work fine, i also disconnected from teh web while burning, didn't make a difference. edit out your serial # ..... starts with 1A**-****-****-****-**** free up some memory... close some background programs and don't multitask and I don't see any disk in your drive!
