I was using Nero 6 without any problems, then I got a new hard drive and after re-installing all my software programs, Nero doesn't work right. After the welcome screen, if I click any of the options, it brings up a blue error screen and restarts the whole computer! I have un-installed and re-installed and it still happens. I only have the Nero OEM installed, not the IN-CD if that makes any difference. Any ideas?
Uninstall nero from your system using the nero general cleantool found here (remember to write down your serial# for re-entry later. clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/General_CleanTool.html Install nero6 version 6.6.0.18 and re-enter your serial#, here are the links for your downloads. Package 1 http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe Package 2 http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe NOTE: I believe you only need package 1 if all you have is an OEM version.

Can you post a Nero log of your last burn, you can find it here Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt
There was not a NeroHistory.txt file in the folder, but I have not been able to get past the welcome screen since I installed it on my new hard drive, so there has not been any burns yet. Thanks for the help so far...
