Somebody please save me. I have made a 6 part slide show with pictures and audio (5 hours to make) - burned it onto a cd-r disc with automatic aspect ratio, NTSC video mode, and 2330 kbps quality (these were all preselected project parameters, nor could i figure out how to change them). This project does not play on 2 different dvd players. so, i then tried to take the saved .nvc file and start a new project - a video cd instead of a SVCD and i can't get the program to allow me to add it. does anyone know if the SVCD should play back or that was the wrong selected project type? secondly, does anyone know whether or not NEROVISION 6 allows for old .nvc files to be used in new projects. if so, how??????????????? please please please help me.
i tried burning it to a dvd+r disc and it didn't accept it. when u do a SVCD, it must be a cd disc, correct? does it need to be on a dvd+r disc? the steps on nero lead u down the cd route.... i'm open to suggestions. wondering still if there is a way to open the .nvc file for a new project. nero won't let me add it to a "new slide show" project.
i'm trying to burn it again onto a dvd+r disc.... does the program transcode it to work on a dvd even though it is a super video cd project????? *** headache developing, nausea waves fluctuating... ugh!!!! christine
2nd attempt burn to dvd+r disc failed. nero box pops up and says place compatible disc(cd disc has already been tried and failed to playback on dvd player)or MODIFY THE CURRENT SETTINGS OF THE COMPILATION to be compatible with current dvd+r disc. how do i do that?????
Hi to you all , guys , I'm a newbe on this forum and also had to deal with several issues with Nero 6 . As far as I have learned from my modest experience , is that there is nothing to do about it when Nero will not correctly work on a specific pc , especially if you run an Intel P4 at 3GHz . It works on my other pc with a Pentium 4 at 1.6 GHz , tough . Don' t ask me wy . The only solution ( it worked anyway in my case ) is to upgrade to Nero 7 . I can assure you I tried every imaginable way before resigning myself to this formula but today I am very happy : it finally works . Best regards. Fanaudi
