I have just installed Nero 6 Ultra Edition including updates and plug-ins. The installed version is 6.6.1.4 My problem is when I go to use vision express 3 to capture home videos the screen freezes and I get white noise for audio. the only way I can quit out of it is by resettingeach time. If I use the software that came with the tv card I can video capture, I can them take it into Nero to work on. I've checked boththe TV card and Nero sites but can find no fault registered with either. The TV card is a V-Stream Xpert TV PVR7134 Any advice would be gratefully accepted. Isaac
There are some bugs with version 6.6.1.4. Go download Nero 6 CleanTool here http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/us/Nero_6_CleanTool.html. Make sure you have your serial number written down. Reboot your machine. Then go and install Nero 6.6.0.18 here http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe Hope that helps!
