I have been using Nero 6 for ages now and have never had any major problems with it. Now, all of a sudden, it seems to turn my computer off without warning when I'm trying to export videos to another quality setting (ie: standard-play to extended-play). This hasn't happened before, I thought at first I had a corrupted file, but after trying again with others, the same thing happens. It's never at the same point in the video, so there's no reason for me to think it's a corrupted video file. Has anyone else encountered this problem or know any way to resolve it? Any hel pwould be greatly appreciated.
some versions of Nero 6 is buggy and have issues..... try using Nero 6.6.0.18, which is the stable version of Nero 6. 1. save your serial # 2. use Nero cleaning tools after uninstalling: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html 3. then do a registry clean up and reboot 4. reinstall Nero: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Ner....0.18_no_yt.exe http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe good luck.
