Nero 6,Why don't I have nero burning rom?

    I have nero 6 with a serial number,but the problem is no nero burning rom? I haven't updated yet but if I do will I be able to download nero burning rom and install it?
    Please help?
    OEM is in my control panel and can't delete it?

    Your burning ROM is built into Express .. If you start either Express or use Smart Start you'll be able to access it
