I phurchased the nero 7 on line and i recieved a email with the key code, it recommended that i back this up to a cd, how? i am not to smart, i have tried to do it but nothing works, any response would be greatly apreciated thanks in advance
Did it come in a zipped format if so you could probably just burn that file itself or the install.exe file or whatever it came as and just reinstall,unzip whatever from there oh and you might want to put the serial# in notepad,wordpad and burn it onto it aswell.
i finally fidured out how and where to get it from and burn to a cd, your sugestion about the serial is excellent thanks billmex
