Twice Nero tech support have assured me that InCD is contained within Nero7 and twice I've downloaded the program and found it to be missing.
Can anyone confirm that their download contains InCD?

I upgraded to Nero 7.0.5.4 from an oem version of Nero 6 and having read much of the criticism on this version and noted that many of you are reverting back to v.7.0.1.4b I wondered whether my serial number for v.7.0.5.4 would work with that version and secondly does it have InCD incorporated within it?

InCD is contained in Nero 7, make sure you have it checked off on install, by default it does not install unless you tell it to. If you have a Nero 7 serial number it will work with all versions of 7.

    Thanks for your reply arniebear.

I can't see it! When I choose custom install I'm presented with a list of choices but no InCD. They are in order as follows:

Start Smart, Burning ROM, Home, Vision, Showtime, Recode, Media Home, Back it up, Cover Designer, Photosnap, Wave Editor, Sound Trax, Image Drive, Tools and Special Features with the CD-DVD Burning Plug-in.

Do you remember where in that list it was placed in your copy?

I do not remember where in the list it was but it has InCD and you need to make sure the plus mark is by the program otherwise it will not install. I only used the Nero 7 for a few weeks in the beginning, too many bugs. Went back to 6 until they get it straightened out, besides I missed Nero Mix and Media Player which is not in ver 7. Maybe you need to try the full install to get the feature.

I was under the impression that it was the full install. The previous version had to be uninstalled first. In fact the program crashed half way through and I had to complete the job myself. I was bothered by the fact that it was advertised as the Premier version and yet my download was a demo version. I queried this with Nero tech support and they said that it shouldn't make any difference. In the short time I've had dealings with them I have little faith in their support. There not far behind Symantec!

When the program is loaded you have the facility to incorporate InCD through using, I think, the configuration utility but when I tried that it was the same list. I'm baffled! I can only think that it is just possible that there could be a connection between your suggestion and my 'demo' version. Perhaps I'll never know?
