Hey, My computer recently got all screwed up, so I lost my installation of Nero. Then I tried installing it again, but then I got an error saying: Fatal Error: Installation corrupted - please reinstall NERO. I'm using the installer that I used before (BTW it's the trial edition). Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
You have got something in there messing Nero up. Don't use your installation CD, download it from Nero's main page. Also get Clean Tool: I don't know whether you have Nero 6 or 7 so here's the links for both of them. Version 6: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/General_CleanTool.html Version 7: http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/General_CleanTool.html Use Clean Tool to clean any old bits left by the old Nero installs... Restart your machine again then reinstall Nero's trial version.
I dunno how it would be my installation CD since I made that directly from the Nero site, but I'll try redownloading it. Thanks for the help.
