i've burnig movies with nero for about 3 weeks. now all of the sudden, nero says it's finished burning but there's no movie on the disc. what's going on? i'm using the free version of nero 7.2.3.2 could someone plz help. thanks
So that I could comment on 7.2.3.2b, I tried it to burn 3 AVI flies which I had successfully burned using version 7.0.8.2, sadly each burn was unsatisfactory so I reverted to 7.0.8.2, tried them again with success…my conclusion..7.2.3.2b was a failure when it comes to burn AVI files. I did the following, uninstalled 7.2.3.2b, ran this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then installed 7.0.8.2 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845
so let me get this straight. unistall my nero 7. run the cleanup tool. then re-install. is that about right?
I reverted to 7.0.8.2 after spending a week of trying to troubleshoot why the newest version would not accurately calculate the room needed on a DVD, all looked ok until burn process during which I would get a message that there was no more room on the disk, I have no idea what they did with 7.2.3.2 but I strongly advise against using it
yeah, i did those steps and it just didn't work at all so i'm going to go to the other version and try it out. does anybody think i should go on and pay for the full ultra version 7? thanks
unistalled nero, ran the clean up tool, restarted, reinstalled nero, and then tried to burn one but no luck, same results.
I went back to 7.0.8.2 - it works except this morning it cut off the last 5 minutes of a movie - the setup showed plenty of room but it still cut off the last bit of the movie, I'm tired of it and going back to Roxio, rendering is alot slower but at least I'm making movies not coasters By the way - I was using the full ultra version, so thats not an issue- I think their software is just junk and they don't care...I will try it again in a few months and see if they have gotten their act together.
