Nero 7.5 burning problem

I was able to burn the DVD ok but when I play it in a DVD player it appears to roll ( such as the old horizontal hold on old tv's). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

 

does it roll on your computer system or just on a stand-alone
dvd player going to a TV?

 

Just on a Standalone DVD connected to a TV. Have tried 2 different dvd players to 2 different tv's.

 

Do you get the same effect when you run it on your computer?

 

Nope, works fine on computer, problem is only on the TV
