    Hi,

Am lookin to purchase Nero 7 Premium but was wondering if there is still an issue with burning audio CD's? (Skipping on playback). I have read some threads about swapping a .DLL file from Nero 6 or using another program to burn audio cd's but would rather be able to use Nero for all my burning tasks. Does anyone know if that bug has been fixed? Also are there any other bugs I should be aware of before purchasing?

    Thanks

I use the original Nero 7.0.0.0 and have never upgraded and have had no problems with audio or video discs.

Nero burning has never caused a problem... I have Nero 7 with all the updates..... and it works great! do the updates, use Nero Express to add files for burning and be happy cause it's great!

Was using a "pirated" copy at first but have now bought a legit copy of Nero. Although when I installed it and started to update it I got:

"Nero.exe has caused a fatal error, installation corrupted please re-install Nero."

I guessed I probably had Nero files left on my hard drive from the "pirate" version so I uninstalled, used all the Nero clean tools and deleted everything to do with AHEAD and NERO from the regitry. Did the installation again and updated, again I got the same message. I closed the error box but it kept popping up. However, after about the 4th time the box closed and the update/installation finished ok.

It seems to be working ok at present, but was wondering if anyone knows why this happened? And if I am likely to experience any problems in the future because of this?
