    Whether I burn CD's or DVD's in Ultra 7 Nero Burning Rom, Nero acts as if everything is fine, says it is burning without problem, and say burning is done. But when I try to access file from Windows, I get message saying CD or DVD is inaccessible. When I look at the size of the CD or DVD disk, Windows tells me that size is zero--i.e., as if nothing was burned.

    I would appreciate it if anyone can figure this out.

    Nero 7 either works for people or it doesnt. If you look through the AD forums there is alot of Nero 7 posts with all different problems, my personal opinion is go back to the lastest version of nero 6 i think its 6614 youll have no problems at all. Or just look through the many Nero 7 threads to see if your problem has already been solved.

    I'd like to see a log from your last DVD attempt.

    Look here on your system:

    C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero7\Core\NeroHistory.log

    Please note that all your logs are in there and we only need one.
    Each log is separated by this:

    ====== *** Nero Burning ROM, History File *** ======

    Try and find one for a DVD burn.

    The last thing is to make sure you don't post your Nero serial number. It's the long number that looks like this:
    1C82-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
    It's located right below the seperator line.
