Nero 7 Ultra 4.9.7.6. I've burned dozens of dvd's from my WMV & MPEG files over the past few months. Suddenly when I try to "add files" to my "Make DVD" project I get message "There are no files to create!" How can this be as the same files are in the same place since I last burned a DVD. Could I have inadvertently made a key stroke along the way that altered a setting? I uninstalled Nero and reinstalled. No change. When I try to "Add Files" I still get a small window that refuses to recognize my files that have been there all along. Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks.
If anyone cares, I solved my problem. I downloaded Nero Clean Tool to flush out all traces of Nero on my computer. Next I downloaded Nero 7.10.1.2 at no charge because I already have a Nero 7 ID #. Situation normal. Nero finds my files & I'm burning w/ no problems. Maybe this will help someone else. Nero Clean Tool was the key.
