when I want to burn an image nero 7 crashes. I have two machines and it happens on both. I've reloaded on both machines with nero 7 to no avail.
Is the software no good or is it because it does not like another programme?
I'm pulling my hair out over this,I hope someone can help!

The burning part has always worked fairly well, at least the Nero Burning ROM. Are you burning an .iso file? If so what setting are you using? You need to use the Burn Image selection, which is a little different from the startup choices. In Nero Burning ROM, under the Recorder menu, select Burn Image.

    Hi
Sorry for taking so long to respond
I'll have to check later today which version I'm using (computer at home,me at work). I've check all the programmes ie vision express etc they all work ok, the only one that seems to cause a problem is nero burning rom, when I try to load it the firts start up screen appears then window explorer tells me it needs to close the programme and asks if I would like to send a report or not.I'll try a clean up and then install the version you recommend. I'll be away for the weekend so I might not be able to let you know what happens till later

    Hi
All went well,I removed and updated as you suggested and nero works well, the only problem I had is DVDshrink did not start automatically with nero so I removed and reinstalled it and that fixed it!
    Many thanks for the advice
