I love Nero. I burned 2 . avi files last weekend no problem. Yesterday, I opened up Nero>favorites>dvd video>add video files and it got stuck. So I thought, perhaps a virus. Ran Trend Micro. Nothing. Went to Nero site to see if there was something there. uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted. problem still there. any thoughts?
What version are you using? Version 7.0.8.2 seems to be the most stable of the 7's. Some of the previous 7 versions had bugs. When you removed it, did you use the Nero Clean Tool to remove all the parts? If you didn't, it's possible the faulty component is still there.
