Nero 7 - "Make DVD" option missing?

    I am using the full version of Nero 7 to add chapters to a dvd but there is no option to ''Make DVD'' in Vision (as per the picture)?

    Is this version outdated, I tried Nero 2015 but found it too complex.

    Whats the make movie option for.
    the other option look at nero 10 & try nero recode

    there is a free open source dedicated dvd maker called dvdstyler,its been around a while & is across platform
