hiy ther any idea why a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark comes up,it says nero is not compatible with computer,ive used it before,im on win xp, thanks if any1 can help.
What version of Nero are you using? Some have been buggy and you may be able to update and solve your problem. Reply with the version of Nero you are using and I can give you a link to the latest bug free version.
Use the Nero clean tool to uninstall your version here: http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero_6_CleanTool.html Then reinstall Nero version 6.6.0.18 here: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe Try it and see if it works. If it doesn't, post back and someone else may have another solution.
