Nero 7 Premium problem with Add video files

I have problem with Nero 7 Premium (Nero Vision 4)when I want to create DVD from my video files. On step when I go to Add video files Im geting error message and Nero go dawn.

Does this happen with all types of video files, or just certain types or certain specific files?

When you installed Nero, did you have a prior installation of some type of Nero?

You might go to the editing page and see if you have any files listed there. If so, remove them and start over. Possibly something is corrupted.

Also double check your serial number.

 

I had before Nero Burning Room 6

so I had to uninstall everything and install it again?

 

Did you use the nero clean tool to remove the program. If not try using the nero clean tool to remove your nero. Then Re-install the new stable version 7.5.9a and i think you should be ok. This happened to me b4 and those are the steps i took to correct the problem..

 

I did uninstall and than instal and problem remain. I will try now also Nero Clean Tool which I did not use.

If this doesn't help this Nero 7 is crap and will return it to shop.

 

Nero 7 is crap software!

I did 4 reinstalation, using Clean tool, in one day trying to fix this and same shit happens again.
