nero 7 premium reloaded on multiple pc

    I wanted to know if Nero 7 Premium Reloaded can be installed on a second pc because my sister bought nero 7 for a small fortune and being christmas time if I installed it on my pc would it compromise her install? Basically it requires the serial number but so far No online registration/and or/activation.
    I am not a pirate I just don't want to somehow invalidate her investment of $180

    I figure it's technically wrong but I feel no guilt because I am not going to share it with everyone I know... I think Nero would excuse my scenario they however would not like someone spreading it.
    I would have been mortified however if Nero 7 had registered my copy and denied my sisters but I think that mainly applies to AV software and other protected software.
