Hi, I currently have a pretty full verion of Nero 6 OEM Suite, which I mainly use just to burn dvds, data and music. It does a pretty good job but is sometimes a bit limited in letting me control burning speeds and parameters, and the DVD VR disks I create are a bit unstable, in that after editing them (in the form of adding new video content) they tend to become slower to load until eventually they just don't work). It doesn't seem too expensive for me to update to Nero 7 premium (Nero can do this for $US39). I'm wondering, for my limited purposes, what benefit would there be in updating? In particular, is the Nero 7 premium burning ROM better, bigger, faster or more comprehensive, than the Nero Express and Nero Vision express programs I use from Nero 6? Will it, for example, solve my DVD VR problem. thanks
I'm a "Nero-holic", my primary burning engine is Nero Burning Rom and Nero Express. I've been using Nero 7 Premium since late October 2005 and so far I'm pretty much satisfied. I hardly experienced any issues with them whatsoever. I used and still use most of Nero's applications (i.e. Nero Recode 2, Nero Burning Rom, Nero Express, Nero Vision 4, Nero ShowTime) on a daily basis. Overall, Nero has been good to me.
