nero 7 problems

tried some advice to stop out of sync problems,ended up in a bit of a mess.Nero wont work tried uninstalling it wont uninstall keeps saying fatal error,tried installing new version,wont let me untill old ones uninstalled,can anybody help please.

If you did the filter removal thing, you should be able to use the same commands with some alteration and put them back, but I don't remember the original commands.
