Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to get the serial number from Nero? I purchased a serial number for Nero 7 on August 3 and I have not received it as of August 10. I have sent their customer service several emails but have not gotten a response.
wow...that sounds like a really long time to me. When I purchased mine, I believe my serial was emailed to me within a few minutes (may have been a couple of hours, I honestly can't remember, but I know for sure that it was not days). If you have already emailed them and they have not responded, I would definitely call them: "Contact Customer Service: If you need assistance with lost serial numbers, purchase status, rebates, basic non-troubleshooting issues regarding the Nero install process, questions about purchasing, and requesting replacement installer discs. Do you have a junk email filter on? My serial number came from nero-onlineshop@nero.com which could look like junk mail to some filters.
That is one of the places I sent my email and never receive any response other than the auto-response confirming they got the email. Thanks you for posting their phone number. I will try giving them a call.
