every time i go to open a file from my hard drive, i get a message nm indexstoresvr.exe has encountered a problem and must close.
If that is the case, then I suggest you to get "Nero General Clean Tool" and run it to completely wipe out/clean all of its applications from your system. Restart your computer, run Nero General Clean Tool again just to make sure everything is gone. After that, you can search via "regedit" for any leftover/related Nero files, then delete it. Now you can download the latest Nero 7 and reinstall it back on, restart your computer and try to look for your files again.
