l'v been using Nero 7 Ultra edition with XP for years no probs. l have replaced my pc and am now running Vista. The software cannot properly install due to Vista without errors. Do you know if there is a patch or anything l could run to fix these errors.?

    Cheers.

Which version are you trying to install?

Version 7.5.9.0 is Vista compatible and versions 7.7.5.1 up are Vista certified. The latest is 7.10.1.0

For me there hasn't been using Recode, Burning Rom, Express and Vision.
I've used it quite a bit since it came out. Running it on 2 pc's - one w/ XP sp2 and the other XP MCE.
No issue with burning to multiple recorders like in 7.9.6.0

You need to use a later version of Nero that's Vista compatible/certified (7.5.9.0 & up is vista compatible, 7.7.5.1 & up is vista certified).
Download the latest version of Nero from their site - 7.10.1.0.
Uninstall your current version - run the clean tool. Reboot now install the latest version.
