I DOWNLOADED A TRIAL EDITION FROM CNET AND WHEN I WAS FINISHED IT WAS SAID THERE WERE ERRORS WITH THE DOWNLOAD. SO I WENT TO ADD OR REMOVE AND TRIED TO REMOVE NERO 7....IT STARTED BUT STOPPED AND SAID SHELLMANAGER DATABASE IS CORRUPT OR MISSING..THEN IT STOPS REMOVING AND ANOTHER BOX COMES UP SAYING FATAL ERROR DURING INSTALLATION. HOW DO I GET RID OF NERO?? COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, IF SO I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL...MY EMAIL IS CELES@COGECO.CA OR IF THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DO, COULD YOU PLEASE ANSWER IN THIS AREA....NOT SURE ABOUT THIS I HAVE NEVER ASKED A QUESTION BEFORE....HELP I HAVE MOVIES AND CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH THEM...

hi binky, I am sorry about using caps, I forgot that it meant I was shouting...sorry, and thanks for the info about my email and anybody using it..as a matter of fact I just changed it, as I was getting too much email...I guess at the time I was so frustrated with Nero I wasn't thinking straight...thanks again for the information on where to look for help...handiclap
