Nero 7 Ultra Error

I get this Error while using Burning ROM

sorry nero.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Completely remove nero from your system using the nero general clean tool found here (don't forget to write down the serial#).

Reboot after the uninstall, install nero7 version 7.0.1.4b, enter the serial#.
