I used this once and it failed during updating. I can not get it to
launch again. I have turned off my firewall and tried and have uninstalled and tried.

Hehe, I can't get mine to open either. Failure to launch. I click it and absolutely nothing happens. Being used to that sort of thing with Nero, I just went to the website and downloaded the update I wanted. Sort of forgot about this glitch until you reminded me.
I guess I'll have to try and fix it.
I finally updated to Window service pack 2 so I was blaming that.
If I figure it out I'll let you know.

OK, I used the Nero General Clean tool and removed Nero. Then I ran the install .exe I had downloaded before. I did the custom install and did not install features I didn't want. I also went through the file type association lists and stopped Nero from taking over all the file types. Once the install completed, the ProductSetup works from either:
    SmartStart > Tools > ProductSetup
    or
Start > All Programs > Nero 7 Ultra Edition > Nero ProductSetup

Nero is getting so bloated. I hope at some point they quit adding crap and just work on making the useful bits better.

Ok, I got it to kinda work after all that. It found the updates but for
some reason said it could not get to the internet to update. It will
not launch again. I have moved on and just did it by downloading and
    installing from the site.

    Thanks for your help.

Now if I could fix the TV I would be happy.
