My Nero updater does not recognize that I am on internet, keeps telling me "no connection" can anyone help me around this problem? Thanks in advance.
First let me say, I have had very bad luck getting the Product Setup utility to work correctly. I normally just download the update and install it. Otherwise, as far as I know, it just uses your normal internet connection. Any chance something is blocking it going in or out, like a firewall or some type of anti-virus? Are you connecting through a router, or what?
I am on dial up in Romania, but have good connection, I've checked my obvious barriers, nothing stands out. Thanks for replying!
