nero 7 update installation error

Problem, I deleted the demo trial version, bought Nero 7 ultra and downloaded the update. When I go to make a dvd I get and that says "unable to intialize disc recording subsystem. Please check your installation" Anybody know whats going on or how to fix this?

 

Its a little bit of mucking around but I'd try this. Uninstall Nero, run this clean tool to remove all traces http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html

and then try install from here

http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/nero7-up.php

 

I have already done that and I still get this error.
