Good morning all, Just purchased NERO 7 and am tring to get the latest updates. I tried to do an update as they recomend from the the quick launch, but it keeps coming up saying it can't connect to the Internet even though I am connected. I turned off all firewalls and anti-virus programs thing that might be the problem, but not. Is ther any place on the NERO web site that you can down load or does it half to be due from the quick launch? Thank you for any assistance.

Don't use the Nero ProductSetup to update, it didn't work for me either. Just download the update to your desktop and run the program from there.
I had the same problem until I found this message on this forum titled: Nero 7.5.7.0 Problems. In it, skbooden states: "I had the same problem with Nero Update - it could not connect to the internet. I went to open Windows firewall to see if there was a problem. Before Windows firewall opened, I got a message that ICS needed to be enabled. I clicked OK, ICS started and then Nero Update worked. I went back into the services control panel, shutdown firewall/ics, and then Nero Update stopped working again." I tried this and now it's working for me also. Maybe this will help you also.
