When recently using Nero Vision, there have been numerous menu templates to choose from. Logged into it this morning and they have all gone. There is just one <default> nero template showing. Have downloaded the update twice and I keep getting a Nero Vision dll error ... gccore.dll. Where have these templates gone? Rgds, Paul.
Hi ozzymary & thanks for replying. Maybe I didn't explain myself clearly. When I have created a project in Vision, I have previously used one of the numerous menu templates available. All of a sudden, the only temaplte I have is "blue disc" and nothing else. All the other menu's have gone. The message I get is.... "You can download templates from . Click the link to get to the download page. The new templates will be available after restarting the application." There is no link that I can see. Thanks again, Paul.
Uninstalled Nero, downloaded both updates from website (ftp & http versions). Still no menu templates (apart from BlueDisc). I can only assume that, maybe, the templates aren't included in the update. I then downloaded the "Nero Vision Express 3 TemplateII Package" which has many jpg templates, copy and pasted these into the NeroVision Template/Picture folder (where the BlueDisc jpg is stored) and guess what? Still nothing appears in the template dropdown apart from BlueDisc. This is so frustrating! Paul.
iwish i could help is the nero version you have bought or downloaded if downloaded it needs the write serial number
I bought the original, had problems with Burning ROm (which I eventually resolved) and now downloaded the update. Thanks for replying. Paul.
Hi I'm also having the same problem with NeroVision 4 - only displaying one template.....any other suggestions.... This is with the Retail version bought from a store....I have exactly the same message "Click on the link" - What Link????? TIA
I had a reply from Nero.... Dear valued customer, thank you for your email and your interest in our software. Unfortunately, there are not yet any templates for Nero 7 at all. I'm sorry. This will be comeing soon. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards I have sent them a reply asking for what does "coming soon" mean to try and get a date from them. Unfortunately it's an advertised feature of NeroVision 4 which just isn't there.
I got a similar reply from Nero, however, I did resolve the issue. There are 2 links on NERO'S update page...one to download a "one language" version, and the other is "all languages". "All languages" is a bigger file (full version I believe), but you get the templates with it. Well, I did anyway.

Downloaded the Nero 7 templates for Vision 4... They don't show up in the menu selections. Still only have the original menu options. Checked my directory, all the new menu templates are in a directory called pictures, but have no way of loading them from Vision 4. If I try to edit any menu that I select, change the buttons, etc., Vision 4 crashes... Any ideas?
