i did burn alot of cds using nero rom then all of a sudden i cant burn cds but i can still burn dvd in the same drive. when i put a blank disk into the drive to burn a music cd it attempts to read it then spits it out saying again put a blank cd in drive. i have restord my computer and several times clean and replace nero 7 in hard drive and still will not work. i have tried several brands of cds and of factory programs to burn a cd put to no avail. i have also used a cd cleaner on the drive. i can not even explore a cd when it is in the drive but i can a dvd. please help ty
You will be needing to downgrade to version 7.0.8.2b then as that version is buggy. Use the cleantool and then install the correct version from the following link: http://my.afterdawn.com/locoeng/blog_entry.cfm/280
