    Hi

Can someone help me please, I don't know why, but when I do some cd's on nero 7 and play them on player later, one or two of them skip a bit, but when I listen to them on the computer all is fine, I have tried another program and it worked ok, but I do like Nero 7 and can't understand why....this happens, I have even slowed down the write speed, but it always defaults back to 40 and then I slow it down to 16 again, can you tell me if there is anything I should be disabling please.
    Thanks

    Hi tiamaria3
That's one problem Nero 7 has yet to fix for those with this problem.

My quess is you are burning MP3's to an audio cd. The problem is the converting w/ all versions of Nero 7. Only has the problem w/ mp3's.

The last version was supposed to fix it (or at least something w/ mp3's) - did for 1 person I know but not on my end.
Some found using an mp3pro.dll from Nero 6 fixed the problem. Didn't for me. I can try and dig up a link if you like.
I just use wmp to burn them on the pc I have Nero 7 on.

    Hi
Thanks so much for getting back to me and yes you are right I am using Mp3's to wma its a bit of a pain really, I am wondering weather I ought to uninstall it and put back on my Nero 6, never had the problem then. I suppose it would work ok with Roxio Easy cd creator, have you any idea on that.
    Thank you again
    Tina

You could use Roxio to burn the mp3's to an audio cd. The problem lies w/ Nero encoding the mp3's so using another program should be fine. Is on my end.

Going back to Nero 6 - up to you. If this is the only problem you have w/ 7 than you may just want to use another program for the mp3's until Nero hopefully soon soon fixes this.
If you do decide to go back to Nero 6 - after you unisntall 7 run the clean tool also.
