Nero 7

    when I try to remove or update Nero, I get a shellmanager database is corrupt or missing message. how can I fix the problem LianeCat

    Have you tried nero clean tool?

    thanks,Xplorer4...i tried that nero site, it gave me regcure and said i had to pay first...do you have any other suggestion?

    thanks, i was able to access the nero clean program, problem solved but now won't recognize my lightscribe, not that it did before, any suggestions?

    I am trying to install Nero 7 Ultra and I get an error message regarding the serial number. I installed disk on another PC last year without a problem but now I am trying to install on my main PC, but it won't let me...any ideas??

    Bill, start your own thread as it is a forum rule no no to hijack another member's thread. also there would be less confusion if dealt seperately.
