Error message advrcntr3.dll from Nero 8. I have dl from Nero site their clean tool for Nero 8 and ran the clean tool twice. Uninstalled Nero8-Reinstalled Nero 8. Ran Repair Registry and fixed those errors. My desktop died so I used me Nero 8 disk and installed it on my laptop. I have no idea what the problem is with Nero it used to be a great product. I have used if before when my desktop ran and now it won't work. If anyone has any suggestions I didn't try except for system restore that did not help either. Please let me know. Maybe I performed the steps in the wrong order. If their is another website to get this silly file and you know where it is, please let me know. This is driving me crazy!!! Thank you in advance J

I have now resolved this issue by writing to the Nero help team, inturn they let me download the Nero 8 update for free. Once downloaded it fixed any issues i had with the re-installing problems.
