after backing up numerous dvds, my nero 8 has been acting up and asking for 3rd party activation and my version isn't exactly legitimate, i've done every method to remove this window and it bought me a few more days but then i got it again, and it just keeps popping up. the 2 main programs i use is nero recode (use to burn video_ts after using magic dvd ripper, really good program btw), and nerovision for making slide shows and dvds w/ menus, could you direct me to an alternate to these programs? thank you. i like nero recode because it automatically fits it onto a regular dvd-r disc, and you can choose which parts to decrease in quality, say the menu or something.
Nero techs are a little smarter than you think, they obviously know you've pirated a copy of their software and have now blocked you from using it....now if you want to use Nero you will have to do what we all do...purchase it. If you check out the links in my sig you'll find what you're after. BTW: I would NOT make any further references to pirated software on this forum.
