Hi Guys I wonder if anyone can help me. I recently perchased nero 9 and am trying to burn an iso that needs to be burnt at 4x speed. The discs I am using are not top of the range (pound shop job! hehehe), but they burnt ok when I was using the trial verstion of nero 8 and it let me burn them at 4x speed. Anyway basicly, the lowest nero 9 seems to let me burn at is 6x which is no good. Could anyone give me some help or advise as to how to fix this?. Does the disk determin the write speed or is the problem that nero 9 just wont burn at 4x?. please help as I am realy frustrated after paying £45 for nero, also I am a bit of a noob when it comes to this type of thing. Try here for an excellent FREE alternative to Nerobloat 9. IMGBurn can go as low as your burner can handle, some of the newer 20X and 18X don't go down to 4X with 16X media. You are trying to burn DVD disks, correct? I hope that this helps. Sorry you wasted 45 Euros. http://www.imgburn.com/
Hi Thanks for the advise, I'm actualy trying to make a back up copy of my gamecube games. I carnt beleive that nero 9 wont burn at this speed. It realy sucks as that was the whole point of buying it. Also using the nero 8 trial version burnt them perfectly, I just carnt understande it grrrrr!!! (hehehe!).
