nero and firmware problem

    my nero is always having a failure to burn or copy dvds. i have read the forum about the nero illegal disc. I also encounter the same error.. My problem is.. I can't understand what i should do. I really need you help. i downloaded DVD Region + CSS Free, but i have no idea how to use. It is my first time to encounter the word firmware. PLease help I can't copy my dvds.

    We need information--post your NeroHistory.log and remove the serial number.

    Firmware is fairly easy, just go to your drive's manufacturer web site and download the firmware, or at least check to see if yours is the same as the most recent. In the NeroHistory.log, the firmware version is listed on a line with the drive. Firmware updates will solve some problems, but not all. Using better media might also help.

    Can you post a Nero log file of your failed burn, located here Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

    Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.tx
