Nero and Pinnacle PCTV and DVD Player

    I have a quandry. I received Nero OEM with my Io/Magic DVD burner. After installing, my Pinnacle PCTV Pro TV Tuner Card pops up with a Vision.exe application error.
    (2) When I upgrade my Nero OEM with the latest Nero 6.3.1.25, it fixes the PCTV error (as Pinnacle's site said an upgrade would), but my DVD player no longer plays audio on my DVD movies.
    (3) When I rollback to Nero OEM, DVD player is ok but PCTV is once again broken.

    Has anyone experienced this?
