Hey folks, How is Nero about re-issuing a serial number? I bought the upgrade online from them recieving a sn#. Unfortunately my computer's hard drive crashed taking with it all my files. (yes I wrote it down but hell if I can find it.) I put it on visa so I have proof of purchase. When I write to them they seem not to understand my request. Is english their native tongue?
I'll answer my own question. They will re-issue your SN, you just have to put be verbose about your request. Yeah!
