I've had so many problems with Nero, its tough to just pick one. But I can! I had an old version of nero, so I updated. Got the new version last Feb. It didnt install. had so many problems, even paid for the damn thing. unlike so many people out there. Nero didnt even bother to respond to my emails asking for help. Therefore, no refund was ubtained. yay for crap.
