That would be an illegal disc for my drive as well, because I wouldn't let them near my drive. Try some Verbatims or Tiayo Yuden.
you are burning to crappy media wayyyyyyy too close to the outer edge! get better media and adjust the burning to no more than 4400MB... some members even go as far as saying 4300MB! you Nero 6 version (6.6.0.6) is not the stablest version of Nero 6..... go to Nero 6.6.0.18: Before udating to 6.6.0.18 I would save the serial #, uninstall Nero, then use the cleaning tools : http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/eng/Clean_Tools.html then do a registry clean up and defrag...... then reboot! install package one: ftp://ftp1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe then install package two: http://www.nero.com/nero6/eng/Patch_for_NVE3.html reboot. untick the Multisession.... this will finalize the disk! you're at 55% of memory used.... do not multi task, go online, even shut off your anti virus software while burning, shut down other programs that are unnecessary runing in the background. good luck. and welcome to afterdawn!
thx, ill try this but dont see nero 6.6.0.18 i see nero v7.5.9.0a will all work well with this ? nother question memorex are they any better ? once again MANY THX
too close to the outer edge! get better media and adjust the burning to no more than 4400MB... some members even go as far as saying 4300MB! not to sure how this is done?
Change your target output size to 4400...or 4300 if you prefer, but I think that is a bit extreme. This can be done in DVD Shrink' preferences or in the main screen of Nero Recode..whichever you use.
