Im really sorry to everyone if this has been brought up before but I seriously cant find any answers to this one. I have been converting avi to dvd quite succesfully recently, but I have run across a problem here. I have started to use Virtual Dub to connect two avi files together, as it seems to be excellent at it, and all other joining apps are failing like monkeys! Anyway, for some reason, when I write to DVDR in Nero, all of a sudden it is stripping the audio from the files. The vob files when they are on my pc have audio, but writing to disc kills the sound and the dvd player has no sound. Please help!!
Damn, never thought so many people would reply, anyway, if anybody has the same problem, scrap winavi for vob encoding and use nero vision, or something better.
do you have audio just copying a dvd that you know has the audio on it? you might try updating your nero or uninstalling and reinstalling the program . do a clean install meaning cleaning out your system before you reinstall
