Nero BACK-UP, Can't Restore Back-Up

    I Back-Up some file (16Gb) on DVD using nero and when I try to restore the file is NOT working. And the icon of the file NOT looks like a "Safe Box".
    The file on Back-Up DVD is [bold]*nba[bold]* file nero asking for [bold]*nbi[bold] file.
    how do I work this out?

    When you created your backup you probably had the compression option active. So Nero put all your files in an archive with the file extension "nba".

    Without compression BackItUp only makes a file copy from the source path and stores the backup information in an extra *.nbi file.

    You should be able to open the nba-files with BackItUp if you select the correct file type in the open-dialog.
