This seems to be a common error with this version Nero API version: 7.2.0.3 and 7.2.0.3b These latest versions of Nero are full of bugs, I recommend you uninstall, run this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install 7.0.8.2 a more stable version from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845
Hi phazeon Try version 7.0.8.2 - see if that helps the problem. Uninstall Nero - run the clean tool - then install 7.0.8.2 using your current serial # (write it down b/4 uninstalling) http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html Nero 7.0.8.2: http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845 If that doesn't do the trick than post the whole log. Just edit out your serial # -it can be found in a few places in the Vision log - 24 characters and begin w/ 1C,1A or 5C. Does the avi plays fine?
