NERO buring rom trubble

    all of a sudden my nero burning rom stops working it worked earlyer today but all of a sudden when ever i open it, it says nero.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close i've tried debugging it, sending an error report, and dont send, i've also tried to uninstall it and reinstalling it but it still doesnt work what should i do

    this is what it says

    Go to the below address and download the Clean tools for Nero 7. Run it to remove the old installation. Download the newest one, which seems to be working fairly well from the Nero site and install.

    Have you ever had Nero 6 on your system? Have you been trying any other burning software?

    ya i had nero 6 oem on my computer before and i have record now thanx for the hlep ill try it out now

    What I meant was to use the clean tool for version 6 if you ever had it installed--- before you reinstall 7

    @n80r

    You need to run Nero's CleanTool to completely wipe out Nero from your system and reboot your system. If you have CCleaner (it's FREE), here http://www.ccleaner.com/ then run it (CCleaner) to clean any left over registries. Now reinstall Nero (either 7.0.8.2 or 7.5.1.1 is good and stable) back on your system, then try to burn it again to see if it has solved the issue.
