this version is still pretty buggy you may consider upgrading to version 7 or roll it back to my favorite of 6.6.0.18 that says you have 2 versions of nero running.When you uninstalled nero ver 6.3.1.4 did yoiu use the clean tools to get rid of the residue files or did you just install 6.6.0.18 over the top.This could be the conflict
