@rajiv25 First, you need to EDIT your Nero serial (start with 5C80XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) before someone hacked it and use it for free. To edit, click on that little "pencil & paper" on the right, inside that fade yellow/orange mixed color. Once you've "edited" out your Nero serial, click on "SAVE CHANGES". Your Sony's burner's DMA is Off, it needs to be ON or DMA Available. Go here http://my.afterdawn.com/alkohol/blog_entry.cfm/231/dmaissues for more info on how to troubleshoot or "uninstall" it's driver to bring back DMA On. Something is wrong here, it (your burner) can't recognize the media's Manufacture ID at all. Furthermore, what kind of media are you using? The only media I recommend are Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim "Advanced Azo or Datalife Plus" and Hitachi Maxell (made in japan). Again, this indicated that your burner doesn't like the media you're using. See above reply for other high quality media.
