You have two different versions of Nero installed, you need to choose either Nero 6 or Nero 7 and removed the other with Nero clean tools from the Nero website. Run Ccleaner and reboot. Make sure to keep records of all your serial numbers for future use. Where did you get your firmware from? I'm showing the current version being BSOY... http://codeguys.rpc1.org/firmwares.html#SOHW-1633S This could mean one of three things.. 1. Your PSU is not getting the power to your burner properly. 2. Your burner is dying. 3. You are using cheap media. I see you are using Sony discs which some people have no problems with, I would suggest Verbatims or Taiyo Yuden to check if this is a media problem. This is Roxio's driver which is known to create conflicts with Nero. I would suggest removal of Roxio via RoxioZap.
